Monday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: 12 pm to 8:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
**The hours reflect the time upon taking the first client to the time taking the last client.

Fees discussed upon initial consultation. I am in network with several insurance companies. If you do have insurance, I am more than happy to provide you with the billing information needed for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please check with you specific provider for your benefits and coverage.
